FIREFIGHTERS helped rescue two people trapped in a car in Long Melford following a crash.Crews from Long Melford and Sudbury and a rescue tender from Bury St Edmunds arrived at the scene in Bull Lane at 7.30pm.
FIREFIGHTERS helped rescue two people trapped in a car in Long Melford following a crash.
Crews from Long Melford and Sudbury and a rescue tender from Bury St Edmunds arrived at the scene in Bull Lane at 7.30pm yesterdayto find two cars had collided.
One of the cars was in a ditch and the two people trapped inside had to be rescued.
They were taken to hospital by ambulance and the incident was cleared by 8.50pm.
