Firefighters tackle spate of blazes

FIREFIGHTERS in Ipswich were today called to the Tower Street area of the town where three industrial wheelie bins were on fire.Two crews from Princes Street attended the fire at 12.

FIREFIGHTERS in Ipswich were today called to the Tower Street area of the town where three industrial wheelie bins were on fire.

Two crews from Princes Street attended the fire at 12.14am.

Earlier, two crews from Princes Street attended an oven on fire in a house in London Road, Ipswich. Firefighters were called at 11.14pm.

At around 5.52pm yesterday, a fire crew was called to a paper bank on fire in Sainsbury's car park, Hadleigh Road, Ipswich.
