SUFFOLK fire crews fought to bring a four-acre field of blazing stubble under control today. The blaze started at around 2.10pm at Parham airfield and initially one fire engine from Framlingham went to the scene.

The fire started at around 2.10pm yesterday at Parham airfield and initially one fire engine from Framlingham went to the scene. A crew from Saxmundham were then called to assist in extinguishing the blaze.
