Four people in Ipswich have been arrested on suspicion of Class A drugs offences after flats in town were raided today.
Suffolk police officers carried out the raids in Shenstone Drive and Old Foundry Road today.
In Shenstone Drive police recovered a number of wraps of Class A drugs and a large amount of cash.
Officers at the scene arrested a 36-year-old man from Ipswich on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply, as well as a 25-year-old man from Haringey in north London and a 26-year-old woman from Ipswich both on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
A raid was then carried out in Old Foundry Road where more drugs, believed to be Class A, were seized.
Officers arrested a 26-year-old man from Enfield in north London on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply.
All four are currently in custody at Martlesham police investigation centre for questioning.
