FOUR people have been charged with assault after two men were beaten up outside an Ipswich nightspot in the early hours of Sunday.
Emergency services were called to Pals on Dogs Head Street at around 3.35am after CCTV operators spotted a fight break out.
A police spokesman said one man was left with a cut to his head after being kicked while another had a cut to his lip.
The spokesman said: “There was a report of six people running away and four people have been detained and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.”
The man with the head wound was taken by ambulance to Ipswich Hospital for treatment.
