Police, paramedics and firefighters were called to the single-vehicle accident on the B1078 at Barking shortly before 11.30pm.
A Renault Clio left the road in the direction of some trees, police said today.
One person and was trapped in the vehicle and had to be cut free by firefighters.
Three people were taken to Ipswich Hospital with minor injuries, an ambulance service spokesman said today.
