POLICE have arrested a fourth man in connection with a crash in Essex in which three teenagers were killed.The 33-year-old from Halstead was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and released on bail until December 13.

The 33-year-old from Halstead was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and released on bail until December 13.
Three 15-year-old boys were killed in the crash which happened in Halstead in May.
