FIRE crews were called out to tackle a blaze in the kitchen of a three-storey hotel this morning.
The White Horse pub in Aldeburgh called emergency services after a fire broke out in a deep fat fryer at 10.11am today.
Fire engines from Aldeburgh and Leiston found the kitchen heavily filled with smoke when they arrived.
Two breathing apparatus and one hose reel were used and the fire was eventually extinguished at 11.18am.
