LONDON'S FTSE 100 Index continued to bounce back in the first hour of trading today.Leading shares were up by almost 100 points (1.7per cent) as the market opened, following on from a 160-point recovery yesterday after the US Federal Reserve reduced interest rates to help avert a recession.
