Police were today scouring undergrowth next to the B1080 in their hunt for evidence into the deaths of Tania Nicol, 19, Gemma Adams, 25, Anneli Alderton, 24, Paula Clennell, 24 and Annette Nicholls, 29.

The area, between the main road to Wherstead and the railway line is a place clients take prostitutes.

In recent Police Authority papers it was revealed that police would search all sites used for this purpose.

Today, search teams were raking back undergrowth between the B1088 and Bourne Park as they hunted for clues.

Officers were working on both sides of the railway line and are expecting to remain at the scene for the next couple of days.
