A MAN suffered a cut to his stomach and grazes to his arm after he was assaulted by three men in Felixstowe, police said today.The 40-year-old man walking home and turned into Grange Road from Wadgate Road when he then saw the men walking towards him from the Maidstone Road direction.

A MAN suffered a cut to his stomach and grazes to his arm after he was assaulted by three men in Felixstowe, police said today.

The 40-year-old man walking home and turned into Grange Road from Wadgate Road when he then saw the men walking towards him from the Maidstone Road direction.

As they drew level he was assaulted by one of the three, resulting in him falling into a wall. The three then fled.

Police said the victim was treated at the scene by ambulance personnel after the incident around 11.25pm on Saturday, October 14.

The offender is described as white, aged in his late teens or early 20s, about 6ft 4ins tall, of slim to medium build, wearing a baseball cap, jeans and a grey hooded top, and had a mole or mark just below his eye.
