Team Ipswich, in partnership with Suffolk Sport and Sport England, have set up a variety of courses for adults to get active and Get Back Into sport.
The courses are going to take place over an eight-week period starting this month, to see specific dates for the courses follow the links below.
Price: �20 per person per course
Courses that are available are: hockey, multi-sports, squash, street dance, tennis and yoga.
