A FIVE-YEAR-OLD girl has died following a flat fire, police said today.
The youngster died in hospital after the fire at a property in Clive Road, Belvedere, south London at 2.45am.
A woman aged in her 20's and a three-year-old boy are in a critical condition as a result of the blaze.
An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
