Go-ahead for seafront development

EXCITING proposals for a £25 million-plus regeneration project for Felixstowe seafront have today been given the go-ahead by the government.The scheme will see 158 new homes built on the resort's south seafront, plus a maritime park featuring a wide variety of play areas, small events arena, café, toilets, car parking, and transformation of a Martello Tower into an arts centre.
