It was a popular challenge this week, with everyone wanting to share a picture of what makes them feel happy or sharing the happiness of others.

One member sent a picture of their prize catch after a spot of fishing and a peaceful day by the river.

Several sent in pictures of dogs, including a gun dog during a demonstration at the Suffolk Show and another which won’t fail to make you smile.

But our winning entry came from Alan Baldry, who captured a horse rolling around in the grass, enjoying the weather.
