LAW-abiding citizens of Ipswich today have the chance to wish David Dixon "many happy returns".
On the day the teenage troublemaker was due to be sentenced on four charges of driving while disqualified and breaching his Anti Social Behaviour Order, his identity can be publicly revealed.
Until now Dixon's anonymity has been protected by law because he was under 18 – but no longer.
He was arrested early today, just 10 minutes after the end of his 18th birthday after failing to turn up for two previous sentencing hearings earlier this week.
After a childhood spent terrorising the residents of east Ipswich, Dixon's succession of offences have plagued the population. He even threw a table at a magistrate in court on one occasion.
