RARE colour photographs of Ipswich in the 1960s have been sent to me by the Reverend Roger Dedman who has recently retired after serving the congregations in Suffolk, most recently at St Mary’s Church, Bramford.
The photographs were taken by his late father Harry who retired in 1958. Harry was a photographer at a local studio, Whitfield Cosser, who were based in Great Colman Street and Carr Street. The photographs were taken on Kodachrome transparency film.
