BUDDING male opera stars are being sought to take to the stage in a production of Aida that is heading to town.The production of Verdi's opera, performed by the Chisinau > National Opera, arrives at Ipswich Regent on October 10.

BUDDING male opera stars are being sought to take to the stage in a production of Aida that is heading to town.

The production of Verdi's opera, performed by the Chisinau > National Opera, arrives at Ipswich Regent on October 10.

When it is arrived it is hoped that ten men will have come forward for the chance to join the lavish show.

It is a unique opportunity to join a professional opera company of 200 as they perform one of the most stunning and popular operas ever written.

Ellen Kent & Opera International, who are bringing the opera to town, are looking for ten men of medium build to play the parts of soldiers or slaves.

Participation is on a voluntary basis and all costumes will be provided.

It promises to be a fun and adventurous night that those involved will cherish.
