The midfielder made a handcuffs gesture as a message to his friend and ex-Plymouth goalkeeper Luke McCormick, who was jailed for causing the deaths of two young brothers Arron and Ben Peak in a car crash.
The boys' mother Amanda said that the gesture was sick and called for Norris to be banned from the club.
