MOTORISTS suffered havoc today after a lorry shed its load of sticky molasses over a Suffolk road.
The incident, which saw liquid barley molasses split on the northbound-carriageway of the A1120 at Creeting St Peter, happened at 9.55am today.
The carriageway was closed between the Tesco and the A14 roundabouts and diversions were put in place.
It was expected to remain closed until at least 8pm today.
Nobody was injured in the accident, which involved a white, Renault Arctic.
