BRITISH Heart Foundation has launched an appeal for volunteers in Suffolk to help raise money for the charity.

There are a whole host of ways to get involved, from going out into the community and talking about BHF's vital work.

BHF regional director Terry Kinsman said: “Volunteering can be a valuable way of gaining work experience and help you learn new skills. It is also a great way to meet people and make new friends. Whether you can spare five days a week or just an hour, it all helps.”
