Heart charity searches for volunteers

BRITISH Heart Foundation has launched an appeal for volunteers in Suffolk to help raise money for the charity.There are a whole host of ways to get involved, from going out into the community and talking about BHF's vital work.

BRITISH Heart Foundation has launched an appeal for volunteers in Suffolk to help raise money for the charity.

There are a whole host of ways to get involved, from going out into the community and talking about BHF's vital work.

BHF regional director Terry Kinsman said: “Volunteering can be a valuable way of gaining work experience and help you learn new skills. It is also a great way to meet people and make new friends. Whether you can spare five days a week or just an hour, it all helps.”
