POLICE are today hunting a man who fled his car in Ipswich when officers tried to pull him over.
The force helicopter circled an area of north-west Ipswich at around 6pm last night while police on the ground followed a Vauxhall.
But when they tried to stop the vehicle, the man jumped out in Surbiton Road and ran off.
Officers had tried to pull the same vehicle over on Sunday, but it did not stop and got away.
It was then spotted again on Monday evening.
A police spokesman said it was not clear whether the vehicle was stolen, but they were trying to establish why the driver had driven away.
