Horse rescued by firefighters

A HORSE had to be rescued by firefighters today after getting stuck in a ditch at a farm in Suffolk.

With the help of a vet, a fire crew from Orford took nearly an hour to get the horse out of the ditch at Neutral Farm, in Butley.

The animal had got into trouble shortly before 5.50pm yesterday.
