A TEENAGER suffered a potentially serious head injury today when his horse trampled him after he fell to the ground.The 18-year-old was riding in Moulton Road, Newmarket, when he fell off his horse just before 7.40am.
A TEENAGER suffered a potentially serious head injury today when his horse trampled him after he fell to the ground.
The 18-year-old was riding in Moulton Road, Newmarket, when he fell off his horse just before 7.40am.
The horse is then believed to have stood on the teen's head, knocking him unconscious.
An ambulance was called to the scene, opposite the Heath Hotel, and the rider was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge for treatment.
