Firefighters tackled a house blaze near Claydon on Saturday night.
Two fire engines were called to the property in Kirby Rise, Barham at 8pm.
A Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “On arrival, crews found the house to be heavily smoke logged. They were able to combat the fire using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel and the incident was under control by 8.30pm.
“One person was conveyed to hospital having received minor burns.”
