TWELVE suspected illegal immigrants were discovered in Suffolk last nightwhen a lorry driver heard "bangs and shouts" coming from his container.The 10 men, one woman and a child were aboard a container that had docked at Ipswich and was taken to Leggatt's Transport, Woolpit, near Bury St Edmunds.
TWELVE suspected illegal immigrants were discovered in Suffolk last nightwhen a lorry driver heard "bangs and shouts" coming from his container.
The 10 men, one woman and a child were aboard a container that had docked at Ipswich and was taken to Leggatt's Transport, Woolpit, near Bury St Edmunds.
The driver was alerted by sounds from the back of the lorry around 7pm.
A Suffolk police spokesman said the suspected illegal immigrants were believed to be Iranian.
