It is the third time firefighters have been called to the Peter's Ice Cream building, in Grimwade Street, Ipswich since August.
It is unclear whether this fire, which happened shortly before 11pm on Saturday , is being treated as suspicious but the previous two fires have been.
Firefighters took around an hour to get the blaze under control.
