ESSEX self-defence instructor Anthony Hubbard was appearing before Chemsford magistrates today charged with the indecent assault of a 13-year-old girl.
ESSEX self-defence instructor Anthony Hubbard was appearing before Chemsford magistrates today charged with the indecent assault of a 13-year-old girl.
Hubbard, 30, from Rickstones Road, Witham, was alleged to have carried out the attack early yesterday morning while the girl was sleeping at her own home.
Police are still trying to trace the owner of a wooden ladder with aluminium rings which was propped up against the girl's bedroom window and has been seized by police.
