AN inquest has been opened into the death of an Ipswich man found hanging in a remote wood on the Felixstowe peninsula.
James Brookes, 40, of Wherstead Road, was found hanging from a tree in the wooded area just off the busy A14 near Trimley St Martin on June 14.
The inquest was opened and adjourned, to allow the body to be released to his family so that they can hold a funeral.
A full inquest will be held at a later date.
Police have said there was no suspicious circumstances involved.
