Investigation into Barclays bank brawl continues as video emerges

Police enquiries are continuing into a daytime brawl at Ipswich’s Barclays bank as it emerged the incident was captured on video by a passer-by.

The footage shows onlookers watching, filming and taking photographs of the Princes Street fight, which happened on Tuesday morning.

A 29-year-old man and a 26-year-old man, both from Ipswich, were arrested on suspicion of affray.

A 15-year-old male from Ipswich was also arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.

All three were questioned at Martlesham police investigation centre and bailed until September 2.

Police are understood to be aware of the footage.

Anyone with information should call Suffolk Constabulary on 101 quoting CAD 168 of Tuesday.
