Another week is coming to a close, and with that we look back at some of the best tweets from Suffolk in the past 7 days.

The first tweet come courtesy of @richardtphotos. Richard captured a stunning shot of a crane fly, which is commonly known as a Dandy Longlegs. There are 97 species of Crane fly currently in the UK. Richard is a keen wildlife photographer, often tweeting pictures of some of Suffolk’s amazing wildlife.

The second tweet comes from @LV18MiAmigo the team behind the pirate radio station, Radio Mi Amigo. Their ship docked in Ipswich earlier this week, and this tweet was sent out to welcome the Ipswich public on board to take a look around. The lightship, which was filmed for the Boat That Rocked movie about the pirate radio boats broadcasting from the North Sea, also broadcasts music, online, as Radio Mi Amigo.

The LV18 is linking up with Ipswich Community Radio while in Suffolk.

Next up is a tweet from @IpswichRegent who announced their new Snow White for the upcoming pantomime season in December. The Suffolk actress, Harriet Bacon, joins Atomic Kitten star Natasha Hamilton who will play the Wicked Queen and Matt Pagan the handsome prince in the show. Harriet had to fight off other hopefuls during two days of auditions held earlier in the week.

Visit Felixstowe are next up in the list of Tweets of the week, They posted a scenic early morning video of the seafront. The tweet attracted 32 likes and 8 retweets.

The final tweet is by @therealrobcook who had twitter users reminiscing of the days when Teletext was part of every day life. His Tweet throwsback to the moment he wrote to Teletext and made it on to the screen. The tweet has to date been liked 49 times.
