The council has revamped its website www.ipswichentertains.co.uk where full details for the town’s top events can be found and updated.

As the summer programme of activities continues to come together, some of the events already featured include Ipswich Music Day, open air cinema and theatre days, the Maritime Festival and the Nearly Festival.

A teddy bear’s picnic, Indian Summer Mela, Ipswich Wheels and Ipswich Jazz Festival have also been added.

The website will then continue to be updated throughout the year as new events are unveiled.

A borough council spokesman said: “This will contain all you need to know about the borough’s events programme and the opportunity to get some great early bird ticket offers.”
