A Suffolk care firm has won an award recognising the extraordinary high rate of employee satisfaction among its staff.

Home Instead Senior Care Ipswich, Felixstowe and Woodbridge was recently presented with a Changing the Face of Caregiving Ward after an independent survey of its Ipswich branch found 97% of staff reported being proud to work for the company.

The survey also found that all staff members were satisfied with the training they had received on joining the firm.

Chris Lye, owner of the Ipswich branch, said he was ‘delighted and proud’ the office had been recognised with the award.

He said: “We work very hard to recruit the right people to care for our clients and to make sure that all members of our team feel confident to respond to this annual survey.

“It makes us very happy to know that our caregivers are happy.”
