A group of colleagues are getting ready to pound the streets of Ipswich in their best rave wear to raise money for St Elizabeth Hospice.
The team from the Sailmakers branch of Ipswich Building Society (IBS) will take part in the Midnight Walk, now in its eleventh year, on May 20.
Lewis Anderson, member assistant at IBS, said: “Though we are in the fortunate position where we do not have personal experience of the hospice, we know from our members’ feedback how incredibly vital their work is and we want to play our part in supporting that.
“Our goal is to raise a total of £600 for the hospice and all donations are being kindly match funded by IBS.”
The Midnight Walk involves a six or 12 mile ramble through Ipswich and participants are encouraged to dress in neon outfits.
More than 2,000 people have already signed up and there’s still time to secure a place by visiting here.
Online registration closes on May 18.
