Ipswich: Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne visits Ransomes

Chancellor George Osborne was visiting iconic Ipswich engineering company Ransomes Jacobsen during a tour of the region today.

He was in the town to boost the Conservatives’ campaign for the local elections and European parliament elections on May 22.

And he was also highlighting the improvement in the British economy over recent months – especially the manufacturing sector.
