The Ballistics cheerleading team was among a host of awesome acts to be invited to Trafalgar Square in March to film the opening sequence alongside ITV favourites Ant and Dec.

The team has already performed its audition in February, and is waiting to see if its dance routine will be featured in the audition broadcasts.

The squad performed together for the first time at an Ipswich Town game at Portman Road in April last year, and has continued to perform across the county.

Coach Cathy Graham, said: “What an amazing experience. From small acorns we have grown in the last two years where we have been involved in competitions, performed at Portman Road and now this.”
