AN IPSWICH firm has teamed up with another company to launch an insurance cost-comparison service.Call Connection, the specialist call-transfer business to the insurance industry based in Cromwell Square, and Parker's, the car price guide media brand, have come together to offer a service to customers which compares prices and enables the purchase of insurance either online or over the telephone, through Call Connection's call centre.

Call Connection, the specialist call-transfer business to the insurance industry based in Cromwell Square, and Parker's, the car price guide media brand, have come together to offer a service to customers which compares prices and enables the purchase of insurance either online or over the telephone, through Call Connection's call centre.

The system was developed in-house by Call Connection and features include a short and simple web form for customers using the unique 'easyfill' service. If customers are looking to buy a vehicle, they can compare and contrast insurance quotes for selected vehicles, simultaneously, on screen.
