Ipswich County Library is hosting its tenth Multicultural Day celebration next weekend.
The event, on Saturday, June 30, will see exciting music and dance performances, a host of food stalls, information and crafts, workshops and an exhibition of paintings by local artist Alina.
Multicultural Day has become a favourite fixture on the library’s calendar with thousands of people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds taking part in the free event.
Marion Harvey, manager of Ipswich County Library, said: “We’re all very excited about our tenth Multicultural Day and everyone is welcome to come along.
“The event has been a real success over the past decade and aims to bring the local community together in a celebration of arts, music and diversity.”
The Multicultural Day celebrations take place from 10.30am to 3.30pm at the library in Northgate Street.
