Firefighters in Suffolk tackled a garage fire in Ipswich.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service were notified of the incident at 4.19pm, and sent two fire engines from Princes Street to the scene in Providence Lane.
When crews arrived they found one garage well alight, the roof of which was made of asbestos.
Crews used one hose reel and one covering jet to help extinguish the fire and wore appropriate personal protection gear to help prevent contamination from asbestos.
Decontamination procedures were carried out following the incident.
This incident was under control by 5.26pm.
