IPSWICH: Hundreds of people descended on the Regent Theatre last night to watch the final of Ipswich’s Got Talent.
The show featured 18 performers and showcased a whole host of talent from the town, including singing and dancing.
Audience members, who packed out the Regent, cheered loudly for their favourites and gave some acts standing ovations.
The event, which is in its third year, is run by the Ipswich Community Safety Partnership and supported by The Evening Star. It has worked with Best Bar None accredited premises in Ipswich to uncover the highest quality talent.
Singer Natasha Staffieri scooped first place and appeared emotional as she was given her trophy.
Connie Lamb, 11, who belted out a Les Miserables number, was awarded the runner-prize prize.
In third place was singer Ryan Gooding who impressed the judges with his strong vocals.
