In the second of five three-minute interviews Ben Gummer, the MP for Ipswich, gives his reaction to Abellio Greater Anglia being awarded the rail franchise for East Anglia.

Mr Gummer called the recent announcement, which means AGA will run trains in this region for the next nine years, a “staggeringly good result” because of the investment in new, more frequent and more reliable trains the franchise will bring.

The five interviews are being published every day this week at 6pm.
