FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle a car blaze in Ipswich last night.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service received reports of the fire in Chantry Park at midnight.
One crew from Princes Street was sent to the scene and found the vehicle was well alight. Firefighters, wearing breathing apparatus, used one hosereel to extinguish the flames.
The fire was caused deliberately and Suffolk police are investigating.
