CHARACTERS are part of life in every town and village. I recently recalled some of those who were a feature of Ipswich. Several readers recalled Kenny Barker. Kenny would chat away endlessly and most people recognised him.
A reader who wishes to remain anonymous sent me a photograph and note saying “I took this photograph of a busker on the Cornhill, Ipswich, in about 1990. On the right is Kenny Barker regaling passers by”.
