A 25-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to carrying an 18 inch kebab knife.
Jack Fountain, of Griffin Court, Ipswich, appeared at South East Suffolk Magistrates’ Court earlier today.
The charge was in relation to an alleged incident on June 13 in Wherstead Road.
He was bailed to appear at Ipswich Crown Court on September 4.
On another charge of failing to answer bail he pleaded guilty and was made to pay £70.
