A 41-year-old Ipswich man has been charged with attempted robbery and assault causing actual bodily harm after an incident in the town.
The charges relate to an incident that happened on July 26 in Norwich Road, where a man was assaulted and an attempt made to steal his bike.
Michael Newell, of Dillwyn Street West, is due before Ipswich Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
