Man arrested after knife robberies in Ipswich
A man was robbed in Ancaster Road, Ipswich, yesterday.
The 53-year-old was walking past a car park at about 6.45pm when a man approached him from behind.
The offender grabbed hold of the victim and demanded money.
Nothing was stolen from the victim and he was not injured.
The offender is described as a white man, about 5ft 10ins tall, aged 30 to 40, with long dark-coloured hair, and appeared to be unwashed and was wearing a hat.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information is asked to call Ipswich Priority Crime Team on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
