Ipswich: Man riding bike snatches handbag from woman

Police are appealing for witnesses after a handbag was snatched from a woman in Kemball Street.
The incident occurred at about 4.20pm on Monday.
A woman was standing in the street when a man on a bicycle cycled past her and snatched her handbag.
The man then cycled off towards Cauldwell Hall Road.
The offender is described as a white man, aged between 20 and 30, about 6ft tall, and of a slim build.
He had shaven blond hair and was wearing a navy bomber jacket and grey jogging bottoms, and was riding a dark coloured bicycle.
