Police are appealing for information after two burglaries and an attempted burglary in Ipswich.

A house was broken into in Foxhall Road between 10pm on October 16 and 10am on October 17.

Someone forced entry into the house and made a tidy search, but it is not known what has been stolen.

Another house in Colchester Road was broken into between 8am on October 18 and 10.30pm on October 19.

Entry to a garden shed was forced and then to the property and an untidy search made. It is not known what has been stolen.

An attempted burglary also took place in Westerfield Road, at approximately 1.10pm on October 17.

A man tried to gain entry to a flat but made noise and was disturbed by the resident.

The offender is described as a man with a tanned complexion, of a slim to medium build, between 5ft 7in and 6ft tall, was clean shaven and had ear length messy dark coloured hair.

He was wearing a black tracksuit top with two white stripes, black trousers and trainers.
