Ipswich: Motorcyclist suffers minor injuries following collision with bus in busy town road

A motorcyclist escaped serious injury following a collision with a bus in a busy Ipswich road this morning.
The incident took place at the junction of Woodbridge Road and St Helen’s Street at about 7.45am. Police and paramedics were sent to the scene.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said the motorcyclist only suffered minor injuries in the collision.
After the incident was dealt with, the road was re-opened at 8.30am.
