Can you spot the difference between these two images of Ipswich town centre?
The builders were midway through installing the glass atrium at The Buttermarket Shopping Centre when the first image was taken in 1992, and in this more recent image the construction firm charged with transforming the centre are midway through dismantling it, making way for a clutch of new restaurants, a cinema and a gym. Janice Poulson, a member of our iwitness community, submitted the photos this week.
She also shared images of the Cornhill, the first taken in 1979 showing empty roads in front of the main building.
Cars are now banned from the area and it has been pedestrianised along with much of Tavern Street and Westgate Street.
The more recent images, taken this week, shows the market in full swing on the Cornhill.
